# Report an Issue

> Something not working as expected? Let us know and we'll get it fixed.

If you've run into something that doesn't work the way it should: a block not inserting, the extension not loading, an unexpected error. Please report it. Every issue report helps us make Promptr for AI more reliable for everyone.

## Common issues

  <Accordion title="The extension isn't showing up on ChatGPT or Claude">
    Make sure the extension is installed and you're signed in. Try refreshing the page, or closing and reopening the sidepanel. If the issue persists, try disabling and re-enabling the extension from your browser's extension manager.

  <Accordion title="My blocks aren't syncing between the web app and extension">
    Blocks sync in real time via your account. Check that you're signed into the same account in both places. If you're offline or on a slow connection, changes may take a moment to appear.

  <Accordion title="A block isn't inserting correctly into the AI tool">
    This can sometimes happen if the AI tool has updated its interface. Try refreshing the page and inserting again. If the problem continues, let us know which AI tool and browser you're using.
