A Space is a container for memory blocks. You give it a name and an icon, and use it to group related blocks together by client, project, department, or any structure that makes sense for your work. Every Space belongs to exactly one Workspace. Blocks inside a Space inherit the workspace’s tags and are accessible to anyone with permission to view that Space.Documentation Index

Space types
When you create a Space, you choose its visibility. You can change this later from the Space settings.Shared
Visible to all members of the workspace. Use Shared spaces for content your entire team should be able to browse and use: brand guidelines, client context, shared prompt libraries.
Private
Only accessible to you (the creator) and any workspace members you explicitly add. Use Private spaces for personal drafts, works-in-progress, or content not meant for the whole team.
Private Spaces are not hidden from workspace owners by default on team workspaces. If you need to control access carefully, manage the member list on the Space directly. Members added to a Private Space can view and use its blocks.
Space settings
Each Space has the following configurable properties:| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The display name shown in the sidebar and block browser. |
| Icon | An emoji, flat icon, or custom image used to identify the Space at a glance. |
| Description | An optional summary of what the Space contains and who it’s for. |
| Visibility | Shared (all workspace members) or Private (creator plus invited members). |
Controlling access to a Space
For Shared Spaces, all workspace members automatically have access. No additional steps required. For Private Spaces, you manage access through the Space’s member list:
Removing a member from a Private Space revokes their access immediately.
