Complete onboarding

After signing up, Promptr walks you through a quick four-step setup:
  1. Name your workspace: Choose a name (e.g. “Second Brain” or “Acme Corp”) and pick whether it’s just for you or for a team. Personal workspaces are free; team workspaces start a 14-day free trial.
  2. Personalize your memory: Select the types of context and instructions you’ll save most often (project briefs, brand voice, writing style, personas, etc.). Promptr uses these to create relevant tags for your library.
  3. Choose starter spaces: Promptr offers two starter spaces to get you going:
    • Getting Started: Sample memory blocks to explore before creating your own
    • Starter Library: 50+ pre-built context blocks ready to use with any AI
  4. Install the extension: You’ll be prompted to install the browser extension before entering your workspace.
When you finish, Promptr creates your workspace with the spaces and tags you selected.

Create your first memory block

Inside your workspace, open a space and click Add new (or the + button).Memory blocks hold context the AI needs to do its best work: brand voice documents, audience personas, client backgrounds, campaign briefs, product details, or any guidelines your team reuses across conversations.Give your block a title, write the content in the editor, and save. Your block is now in your library and available in the extension immediately.
All memory blocks are currently the Context type. Additional block types (Instruction and Prompt) are coming soon.
