Promptr sends email notifications to keep you informed about activity in your workspaces. You can enable or disable each category independently, and choose how often to receive them. Access notification settings from Settings → Notifications in the Promptr app.

Email notifications

Each toggle controls a specific category of email. Changes save automatically.

Workspace updates

Receive emails when your workspace changes, for example when a new member joins, an invitation is sent or accepted, or a member’s role changes.Default: On
Receive emails when blocks or spaces that you created are edited or deleted by a teammate.Default: Off
Receive Promptr product announcements, new feature releases, and tips.Default: On
To toggle a notification category:

Open Settings

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and select Settings.

Go to Notifications

Select the Notifications tab.

Toggle the categories you want

Click the toggle next to each category. The change saves instantly with no confirmation needed.

Delivery frequency

Control how quickly Promptr emails you when a notification is triggered.
Promptr sends an email as soon as the event occurs. Use this if you want real-time awareness of workspace activity.This is the default.
To change your frequency:

Open Settings → Notifications

Scroll to the Delivery Frequency section.

Select a frequency

Choose Instant or Daily digest. Your preference saves immediately.
The delivery frequency applies to all notification categories. You cannot set different frequencies for different categories.
